Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in accordance with the bar’s standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, countertops, and equipment.
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and ensure accurate cash‑out at the end of each shift.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies; report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in setting up promotional events, special themed nights, and loyalty programs.
- Provide feedback on menu items and suggest improvements based on guest preferences.
- Maintain a positive, team‑oriented work environment and support colleagues as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preference for women as specified).
- Age: No strict upper limit; applicants should be physically capable of working the schedule.
- Experience: No prior bar experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
- Basic knowledge of drink preparation and a willingness to learn mixology techniques.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
