Responsibilities
- Arrange and refresh product displays throughout the store, ensuring that breads, pastries, and beverages are presented attractively and stocked according to merchandising standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dine‑in area, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations, following health and safety regulations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, taking orders, answering product questions, and delivering a memorable customer experience.
- Assist the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams during peak periods by restocking items, refilling condiment stations, and handling quick turnaround tasks.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Participate in daily opening and closing checks, ensuring all equipment is functional and the store is ready for the next shift.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, supporting shift supervisors and managers to meet sales targets and maintain service quality.
- Adhere to shift schedules, working rotating shifts from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 14:00, and being flexible to cover additional hours as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3 qualification is a plus.
- No age limit; all genders are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, preferably as a waitress or front‑of‑house staff, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Friendly, energetic personality with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering high‑quality service.
- Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrate teamwork, and support colleagues during busy periods.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends, and to adapt to a dynamic retail schedule.
