Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide clear information about service options, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Receive, sort, and tag incoming laundry loads, ensuring proper classification by fabric type, color, and special handling instructions.
- Operate washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely, adhering to standard operating procedures and maintaining equipment cleanliness.
- Perform quality checks on finished items, confirming that stains are removed and garments meet company standards before delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of each batch, including weight, customer details, and delivery schedules, using the company’s digital tracking system.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while following strict financial controls.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring on‑time service for both residential and corporate clients.
- Uphold hygiene and safety protocols, wearing appropriate protective gear and keeping work areas tidy and sanitized.
- Participate in regular shift handovers, communicating any issues, equipment malfunctions, or inventory shortages to the next team.
- Assist in occasional deep‑cleaning tasks, inventory replenishment, and basic equipment maintenance to support overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 20‑25 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- Demonstrated honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
