Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and residential accounts through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop customized sales proposals and presentations that align with client needs and market trends.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the ISP and broader IT services industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Track sales performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and forecast revenue pipelines using Microsoft Office tools.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Provide after‑sales support, coordinate service installations, and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product offerings, industry regulations, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the ISP or broader telecommunications sector; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an active, persuasive style.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A) and ability to operate a four‑wheel vehicle for client visits.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset for sales data analysis, performance tracking, and market research.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
