Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive stock control, including receipt, dispatch, and internal transfers of merchandise.
- Perform accurate inventory administration by entering mutation data (transfer in/out, adjustments, returns) into the inventory management system.
- Monitor expired and slow‑moving items, generating timely reports to prevent waste and optimize shelf space.
- Assist the Store Supervisor in conducting stock analysis (fast/slow moving, overstock, out‑of‑stock) to support purchasing decisions.
- Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Business Analyst (BA) and Store Crew to fulfill restocking needs for display units and promotional setups.
- Identify and investigate potential inventory losses caused by theft, human error, or incorrect data entry, implementing corrective actions.
- Support training of new team members on inventory procedures and the use of retail technology tools.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to align stock levels with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study fields accepted.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role such as Assistant Supervisor, Store Manager, or senior retail associate.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven capability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and loss‑prevention techniques.
- Proficiency with inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, and basic presentation tools.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, maintain business ethics, and manage stock distribution efficiently.
