Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and end‑customers, to foster trust and repeat business.
- Promote and sell a multi‑product portfolio, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct detailed feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to relay market insights that influence product enhancements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company revenue goals.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of competitor offerings, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) from any field of study.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within a multi‑product environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex product information clearly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly collaborative personality.
- Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C driving licence for local travel.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
