Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and confirm any special dietary requests.
- Serve dishes and drinks according to the restaurant’s standards, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor table settings, refill glasses, clear plates, and maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up stations, polishing cutlery, and conducting end‑of‑day cash reconciliations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timely service and resolve any issues.
- Handle guest inquiries, address concerns, and provide recommendations on menu items and daily specials.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and adhere to hygiene standards at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and promotional events.
- Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional evening hours as required.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years; gender: female (as specified), though all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong interest in the FnB sector and a desire to build a career in hospitality.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or similar customer‑service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact courteously with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills, with the flexibility to work independently when needed.
- Personal qualities: honesty, discipline, attention to detail, agility, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Residency in Brebes or surrounding areas preferred for commuting convenience.
