We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Jaringan Wifi who will play a critical role in delivering reliable internet connectivity to residential and business customers. Responsibilities
- Perform on‑site installation, configuration, and activation of Wi‑Fi and fiber‑optic equipment for new and existing customers.
- Provide remote and on‑site technical support, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, hardware failures, and signal degradation.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and ISP network components, including optical distribution frames, splitters, and routers.
- Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure that all network assets meet Biznet’s performance standards and compliance regulations.
- Document all service activities, maintain accurate logs, and update the ticketing system with clear, concise notes.
- Educate customers on proper equipment usage, basic troubleshooting steps, and best practices for optimal Wi‑Fi performance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades, migrations, and emergency repairs, often working in shift rotations and mobile deployments.
- Monitor network health metrics and report recurring issues to senior engineers for proactive resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK (Technical Computer Networking) with a grade of 80 % or higher, or an associate/bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Telecommunications, or Information Systems with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in fiber‑optic installation, FTTH, or ISP environments.
- Strong knowledge of optical fiber principles, splicing, termination, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Wi‑Fi network analysis, signal testing, and equipment calibration.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and to travel between Biznet branch locations in Penebel and Pupuan, Tabanan.
- Male candidates, aged 30 years or younger, who reside in or are willing to relocate to Tabanan.
- Prior experience in an ISP setting is considered a strong advantage.
