Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Warehouse and Operational Logistics Administrator to join our fast‑growing distribution team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our inventory flows smoothly, orders are processed accurately, and the warehouse operates in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, non‑smoking male professional with a solid educational foundation (minimum D3/D4) and a passion for continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems, ensuring real‑time accuracy of stock levels.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, preparing necessary documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatch, to meet service level agreements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits, reconciling discrepancies and reporting findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to forecast demand, plan replenishment, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations by conducting routine inspections and promoting best practices among staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Prepare periodic performance reports (e.g., inventory turnover, order fulfillment rate, delivery accuracy) for senior leadership.
- Support the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of warehouse personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, and inventory availability with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged up to 35 years, with a minimum education of D3/D4 (or SMK/SMA equivalent).
- Prior experience in warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or supply‑chain support is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with office productivity tools (MS Office) and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic; non‑smoker with good physical and mental health.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to suggest process improvements.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
