We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista – Penyaji Minuman Kopi Profesional to join our vibrant café team. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will craft high‑quality coffee beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, including regular equipment cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to health‑code regulations.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process digital payments.
- Engage customers with friendly greetings, provide product recommendations, and answer questions about menu items and coffee origins.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; restock supplies as needed and communicate shortages to management.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as setting up the espresso machine, calibrating grinders, and securing the premises.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions, share responsibilities, and support one another during peak periods.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new drink formulations, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve menu offerings and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- Experience: No prior experience required; however, a genuine interest in coffee and willingness to learn is essential.
- Personal attributes: Honest, resilient, disciplined, and reliable.
- Availability: Ability to work two rotating shifts (morning and afternoon) from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Team orientation: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic barista skills: Familiarity with espresso machines, milk frothing, and beverage presentation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
