Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator for a Food Outlet / Mini‑Resto in the bustling Solo Baru district. This is a part‑time, evening‑shift position (16:00‑20:00, Monday‑Saturday) that offers a dynamic blend of administrative support, basic kitchen assistance, and social‑media engagement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, enjoy interacting with both customers and team members, and possess a solid foundation in high‑school education.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily sales logs, cash registers, and transaction records with accuracy.
- Perform inventory checks, record stock levels, and coordinate re‑ordering of food and beverage supplies.
- Prepare simple menu items and assist the kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks during peak hours.
- Create, schedule, and monitor social‑media posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote daily specials and events.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, or social channels in a courteous and timely manner.
- Generate end‑of‑day reports, summarizing sales performance, waste, and any operational issues.
- Support the outlet manager in staff scheduling, shift handovers, and ensuring compliance with health‑safety standards.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, loyalty programs, and community outreach events.
- Ensure the dining area and workstations are kept clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Continuously look for process improvements that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, food service, or administrative roles.
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Proficiency in using social‑media applications for marketing purposes.
- Ability to work the evening shift from 16:00 to 20:00, Monday through Saturday.
