Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team at the Merauke branch in Papua. This full‑time position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive revenue growth by promoting our financial products to both existing and new customers. The role is based in our Merauke office, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00. Candidates must be male, under the age of 30, and possess at least a Diploma (D3/D4) in any field.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Merauke region.
- Generate sales orders through channel distribution partners, collect initial customer data, and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct thorough credit verification, prepare and submit credit applications, and follow up on the status of each file.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicating approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions they need to be aware of.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects, regularly updating CRM systems and providing weekly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting, risk, and customer service teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the sales cycle.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and market‑analysis activities to stay informed about competitive offerings and industry trends.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer service in every interaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in the financial services or related sector (experience is a strong plus, not a strict prerequisite).
- Core Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Effective negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
- High level of integrity, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Resilience and perseverance in a fast‑paced environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of B2C sales management and target‑driven selling.
- Familiarity with credit evaluation processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Logistics: Own motor vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C.
- Gender: Male (as per the specific requirement for this posting).
