This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily service at our bustling outlet, handling everything from cashier duties to bar assistance. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, card, and digital payments, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Assist in bar service, including preparing basic drinks, restocking garnishes, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Support waitstaff by setting tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining area throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and help with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to resolve service issues quickly and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, performing regular sanitation checks.
- Participate in daily briefings, provide feedback on operational improvements, and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Travel to and work at the designated branch, adapting to shift schedules that run Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Requirements
- Male candidates preferred, but all genders are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
- At least 0‑1 year of hands‑on experience in the F&B sector, preferably in cashier, waitstaff, or bar roles.
- Strong numeracy skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication abilities and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Physical agility to move quickly between stations and handle moderate lifting.
- Willingness to be placed at the specific branch location and work the defined schedule.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems is a plus.
