Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of business channeling orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating smooth credit processing for our valued customers. Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on incoming orders received through the Business Channeling platform.
  • Verify and complete all consumer and financing‑object data, ensuring thoroughness before entry into the company’s system.
  • Accurately input order information from web portals and internal systems, maintaining data integrity.
  • Review credit applications and process them in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading results.
  • Communicate credit approval statuses to customers promptly and professionally.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and monitor their progress.
  • Coordinate closely with the Service Help Center (SHC) to manage ongoing consumer orders and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain daily logs and generate reports on order status, credit decisions, and any exceptions.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members, including document preparation and filing.
  • Adhere to company policies, data‑privacy regulations, and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of credit monitoring and processing concepts is advantageous.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit imposed.
  • Prior experience is not mandatory; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
