Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and applicable regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow models to support strategic decision‑making.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budgeted targets, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns, statutory reports, and other regulatory submissions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, guaranteeing proper internal controls and minimizing exposure to fraud.
- Lead the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and addressing any findings promptly.
- Implement and continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
- Support cross‑functional projects by providing financial insights, cost‑benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
- Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and learning‑focused team environment.
- Maintain effective communication with banks, investors, and regulatory bodies, representing the company’s financial interests professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial accounting, controlling, or treasury functions.
- Strong grasp of financial software and MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail.
