Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that all necessary supplies (bags, receipts, promotional flyers) are stocked.
- Provide friendly, prompt service to customers, answer product‑related questions, and resolve minor complaints or concerns.
- Assist with inventory checks, receive deliveries, and help with stock replenishment on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate ready‑to‑eat items, ensuring that orders are correctly billed and packaged.
- Monitor daily sales reports, reconcile cash drawers at shift end, and report discrepancies to management.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and POS software updates.
- Support special events, promotional days, and seasonal sales peaks by working flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in the culinary or food‑service industry is preferred, but fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Quick decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Passion for food and a genuine interest in the culinary sector.
