Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Officer Finance & Accounting to join our dynamic finance team. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring accurate daily transaction recording, diligent reconciliation, and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities
- Record all daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and operational expenditures, using the company’s ERP system.
- Perform daily cash, bank, and online food‑merchant reconciliations to guarantee that all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are promptly investigated.
- Monitor and control operational expenses by reviewing budgets, approving purchase orders, and flagging any variances against forecasted costs.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage vendor payments, ensuring invoices are verified, approved, and settled within agreed payment terms to maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Maintain orderly and complete financial documentation, including ledgers, receipts, contracts, and supporting schedules, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Support the annual budgeting process by gathering data, performing variance analysis, and presenting insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the audit team during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Continuously seek process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Entry‑level position – 0+ years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in core accounting functions: general ledger, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong computer skills, especially in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in tax calculations and reconciliations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, internal teams, and auditors.
