Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Outlet Penjualan to lead and motivate our retail sales team. This pivotal role combines strong leadership, operational oversight, and customer‑focused sales strategies to ensure our outlet consistently meets and exceeds performance targets. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales outlet, ensuring adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative culture that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement action plans to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue goals.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with the supply chain team, conducting regular stock audits, and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Schedule staff rotas, manage attendance, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while complying with labor regulations.
  • Drive promotional campaigns and in‑store events, collaborating with marketing to maximize foot traffic and conversion rates.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are strictly followed, including reconciliation of daily sales and secure deposit of funds.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all candidates (no upper age limit).
  • Gender: All genders welcome.
  • Experience: Entry‑level to 2 years in retail or food & beverage management is preferred, though we value strong leadership potential.
  • Key attributes: Honesty, discipline, decisiveness, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems) and familiarity with inventory management.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data and drive results.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for special events.
