Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, pour‑over, and specialty beverages, while maintaining consistency and adhering to our standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Engage with customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations based on individual taste preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, process card payments, and maintain accurate sales records using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; notify management of low stock and assist with receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with teammates to restock pastries, snacks, and merchandise, and support peak‑hour service flow.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, product launches, and customer service best practices.
- Provide feedback on menu development, suggest new drink concepts, and contribute ideas for improving overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 3 months of hands‑on experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a coffee‑focused environment.
- Female candidates are preferred to meet the specific staffing needs of our outlet.
- Strong barista skills, including knowledge of espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to create rapport with diverse customers.
- Good time‑management and multitasking capabilities, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining product quality and store cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during promotional events.
