Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff Telemarketing Professional to join our fast‑growing Food & Beverage (F&B) team. This role is essential in driving customer acquisition, promoting our brand’s latest offerings, and supporting revenue growth through proactive outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the F&B industry, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative, high‑energy environment. This position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable platform for career development in sales and customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for restaurants, cafes, and catering services.
- Answer inbound inquiries, provide product information, and convert interest into confirmed orders or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients, schedule meetings, and coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call volume targets, as well as conversion and revenue goals set by management.
- Deliver personalized pitches that highlight menu specials, promotional offers, and loyalty programs tailored to each client segment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to marketing on customer responses and market insights to help shape future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with team members, sharing best practices and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all compliance and data‑privacy regulations while handling customer information.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20‑30 years (or male candidates meeting the same criteria, as the role is open to both genders).
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven telemarketing or call‑center experience, preferably within the F&B sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal abilities; comfortable working in a team‑oriented environment.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a genuine interest in promoting culinary experiences.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with CRM platforms.
