Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Account Officer to join our branch in Sleman. This pivotal role will support the growth of our credit portfolio, strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, and ensure that all lending activities comply with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments for individuals and small‑to‑medium enterprises, evaluating financial statements, cash flow projections, and collateral values.
- Prepare and present detailed loan proposals to the credit approval committee, ensuring all risk factors are clearly documented.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract new loan customers within the assigned Sleman territory.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective borrowers, following up on leads, conducting field visits, and nurturing relationships to meet monthly acquisition targets.
- Monitor existing loan accounts for repayment performance, identify early warning signs of delinquency, and initiate appropriate remedial actions.
- Collaborate closely with product specialists, risk managers, and branch staff to deliver seamless service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Prepare regular performance reports, including sales metrics, portfolio quality indicators, and market insights for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, anti‑money‑laundering (AML) regulations, and the latest banking compliance requirements.
- Represent the branch at community events, business forums, and networking sessions to promote the bank’s brand and credit solutions.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; preferred fields include Economics, Management, or Banking.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Officer or Credit Marketing Officer; fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze credit risk and communicate findings effectively to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to work in the field, including frequent travel within the Sleman area.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a personal vehicle.
- Deep familiarity with the local market and existing relationships in the assigned area is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software; ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools.
