Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Staff Members to join our fast‑growing Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. Responsibilities

  • Operate as a cashier, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate transaction records.
  • Assist waitstaff and bar personnel with table setup, order delivery, and clearing, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.
  • Perform routine inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food‑handling regulations at all times.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment checks, and end‑of‑day reporting.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (as specified) – candidates of any gender may be considered based on local labor regulations.
  • Age: Maximum 25 years old.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK (high school) or equivalent; D3/D4 preferred for administrative support roles.
  • Experience: At least 0–1 year in the F&B industry, preferably as a cashier, waiter, or bar assistant.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Physical agility and the ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
  • Willingness to be assigned to any designated branch location.
  • Basic computer literacy for point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and administrative tasks.
