This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or anyone with a passion for retail, sales, and delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, tourism‑driven market. The role is based in Bali and offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact with both local customers and international visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is correctly priced.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Support promotional activities, such as seasonal sales, product launches, and loyalty program enrollment.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve service quality and product assortment.
- Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and preparing stock for the sales floor.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 candidates from any discipline are also welcome.
- Age: No upper limit, but candidates should be 28 years old or younger.
- Open to fresh graduates – no prior work experience required.
- Willingness to be stationed in Bali for the duration of employment.
- Commitment to attend and complete all mandatory training programs.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent negotiation and active listening abilities.
