Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly smile.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, allergens, and recommended pairings, to assist guests in making informed choices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and replenishing linens.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues swiftly.
  • Handle payment transactions, process bills, and ensure accurate cash handling according to company policies.
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative by anticipating guest needs, offering additional services such as refilling drinks, and addressing concerns before they become problems.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with new menu items, service techniques, and industry trends.
  • Stay flexible with shift schedules, including willingness to reside in the on‑site mess as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree (any field).
  • Gender: Female candidates preferred, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: No strict upper limit; we welcome candidates of any age who meet the other criteria.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • High level of responsibility and reliability.
    • Excellent initiative and ability to work independently when needed.
    • Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
    • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Accommodation: Must be willing to stay in the company mess during the employment period.
