Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly smile.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, allergens, and recommended pairings, to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and replenishing linens.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues swiftly.
- Handle payment transactions, process bills, and ensure accurate cash handling according to company policies.
- Demonstrate proactive initiative by anticipating guest needs, offering additional services such as refilling drinks, and addressing concerns before they become problems.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with new menu items, service techniques, and industry trends.
- Stay flexible with shift schedules, including willingness to reside in the on‑site mess as required.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree (any field).
- Gender: Female candidates preferred, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
