Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Brand Promotor to join our fast‑growing FMCG team in Kabupaten Tegal. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are passionate about building brands, driving sales, and turning data insights into actionable strategies. As a key liaison between our company and the local market, you will help shape consumer perception, increase product penetration, and support the overall growth objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies that align with national brand objectives.
- Conduct market visits and retailer audits to monitor shelf placement, promotional compliance, and competitor activity.
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales data using Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement brand activation events, in‑store promotions, and sampling programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners, ensuring timely product deliveries and resolving any service issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting insights to senior management and suggesting improvement plans.
- Train and coach junior field staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and data‑driven decision making.
- Monitor inventory levels at the outlet level and coordinate with logistics to prevent stock‑outs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a consistent and compelling brand message to consumers and trade partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes that may impact the FMCG sector in the region.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- Preferably a background or internship experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of initiative, quick responsiveness, and disciplined work ethic.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to retail locations.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
