Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of merchandise inventory at each store, verifying quantities against system records.
- Perform regular stock opname (physical count) and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Evaluate operational procedures of all Kartika Accessories & Sparepart outlets, identifying gaps in process adherence and suggesting corrective actions.
- Travel to branch locations throughout the week, working closely with store teams to gather data, observe workflows, and provide on‑site guidance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including variance analysis, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Coordinate with the finance and supply‑chain departments to ensure that audit findings are integrated into budgeting and procurement cycles.
- Lead a small audit team, delegating tasks, coaching junior auditors, and monitoring performance to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing technology enhancements such as barcode scanning and automated reconciliation tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory control, internal audit, or retail operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- High level of personal integrity, discipline, and accountability.
- Physical fitness to handle frequent travel and on‑site inspections.
- Male candidates preferred, age not exceeding 27 years, with an ideal height and weight proportion.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑focused demeanor.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and basic knowledge of ERP systems.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak audit periods.
