Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and bar personnel to guarantee that orders are prepared correctly and served promptly.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refill drinks, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and personal hygiene.
- Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, hosts, and management to ensure smooth shift transitions and optimal floor coverage.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new offerings and service standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Excellent attitude, communication skills, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous for serving international guests.
