Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective users in retail locations, malls, and events to understand their purchasing needs and recommend Kredivo as a secure, convenient payment method.
- Develop and continuously improve product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, benefits, and eligibility criteria, and convey this information in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Kredivo mobile application, guiding users through registration, credit limit checks, and transaction flows.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide step‑by‑step assistance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly acquisition targets, accurately record sales activity, and submit timely reports to the regional manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants, local partners, and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative ecosystem that drives user adoption.
- Gather market feedback, identify trends, and share insights with the product and marketing teams to refine promotional strategies.
- Adhere to compliance standards, including verification of user identity and responsible lending practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Location: Must reside in Pontianak or surrounding areas.
- Experience: 0+ years; prior sales or customer‑service experience is a strong advantage.
- Technical: Own an Android smartphone capable of running the Kredivo app.
- Health: At least the first dose of the COVID‑19 vaccine completed.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication, customer relationship management, digital marketing basics, negotiation, presentation, data analysis, and the ability to assess financial suitability.
