Responsibilities

- Optimize content, ad placements, and timing based on real‑time data and audience insights.

- Collaborate closely with content creators, graphic designers, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma / SMK; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or live‑stream hosting.
- Strong on‑camera presence with excellent verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Facebook, YouTube) and their advertising ecosystems.
- Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing principles, including ad budgeting, content strategy, and basic analytics.
- Ability to interpret simple data sets to extract actionable insights (engagement metrics, conversion trends, etc.).
