Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Account Executive – Showroom Marketing to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. This role is the bridge between our financing solutions and the vibrant network of automotive showrooms across the region. The successful candidate will combine analytical market insights with a passion for on‑the‑ground sales, ensuring our showroom partners receive the support they need to expand their inventory and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify high‑potential showrooms and assess their financing needs.
- Acquire new showroom accounts through proactive outreach, presentations, and persuasive negotiations.
- Maintain regular on‑site visits to partner showrooms, verifying stock levels, and ensuring compliance with financing terms.
- Collaborate with internal credit and product teams to tailor financing packages that align with each showroom’s growth strategy.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new accounts opened, loan volume, and portfolio health.
- Provide timely assistance and problem‑solving for showroom partners, addressing issues related to inventory financing, documentation, or payment cycles.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and promotional campaigns aimed at showroom owners.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) with a strong academic record.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or automotive financing.
- Own a reliable vehicle and a valid SIM A/C for frequent travel to showroom locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and data‑driven decision making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
