Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Professional to join our fast‑growing sales team and drive the promotion of our flagship food and beverage (F&B) products. This full‑time position offers the chance to engage with a diverse customer base, develop persuasive communication skills, and contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and converting interest into sales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical questions and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Track and document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by management.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate promotions, deliveries, and after‑sales support.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and role‑playing exercises to sharpen persuasive techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide feedback on customer objections and market conditions to help refine sales scripts and product positioning.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding call etiquette, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) / SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 20‑30 years old (female candidates preferred, but all genders are welcome).
  • At least 1 year of proven telemarketing or sales experience, preferably within the F&B sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a clear and friendly tone.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales confidently.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Passion for food and beverage trends, with a desire to stay informed about market developments.
