Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize end‑to‑end digital campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging ad networks.
  • Produce engaging short‑form video and visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Write compelling copy with strong hooks and clear calls‑to‑action for posts, ads, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily, interpreting insights from platform analytics, Google Analytics, and third‑party tools to refine targeting, creative, and spend.
  • Host live sessions, webinars, or product demos; confidently present on camera to boost community interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—creative, product, sales, and customer support—to align messaging and achieve business goals.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and meeting tight deadlines without “ghosting” stakeholders.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and leverage AI‑powered tools for content ideation and performance forecasting.
  • Build and maintain a personal portfolio of successful campaigns, showcasing measurable results and creative innovation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep the brand’s voice fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent).
  • At least 1‑2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a consumer‑facing brand.
  • Strong on‑camera presence; ability to host live streams or video content is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of content platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and paid advertising ecosystems (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting analytics beyond vanity metrics—focus on conversion, ROAS, and engagement quality.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for creating hooks, storytelling, and persuasive messaging.
  • Solid visual design sense; comfortable using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Creative mindset, quick‑thinking, and the ability to generate relevant ideas on the fly.
  • Strong time‑management, adaptability, and a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Team player who can also work autonomously on solo projects.
  • Bonus: Experience handling full‑funnel campaigns, a personal content portfolio, SEO knowledge, and frequent use of AI tools for content creation.
