Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as a Greeter (Front of House) in our Jakarta office. This role is the first point of contact for every guest who walks into any Cibiuk Resto outlet across the Greater Jakarta area (JABODETABEK). As a greeter, you will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience by delivering a warm welcome, managing the flow of customers, and supporting the overall operations of our vibrant food & beverage (F&B) environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a friendly smile and a genuine welcome, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage the waiting list and seating assignments efficiently, ensuring guests are informed of estimated wait times.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to online reservations, and handle inquiries about menu items, promotions, and opening hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the host stand, signage, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate closely with the floor manager, servers, and kitchen staff to balance table turnover and minimize guest wait times.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as updating reservation logs, preparing daily guest reports, and handling cashless payment confirmations.
- Monitor the flow of foot traffic, identify peak periods, and proactively communicate staffing needs to management.
- Provide guests with information about ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and special events to encourage repeat visits.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to the floor manager when necessary.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring that the entrance and surrounding areas remain tidy and safe.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in the F&B industry and a desire to build a career in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willingness to work hard, adapt to a fast‑paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to be assigned to any Cibiuk Resto outlet across the Jakarta metropolitan area.
- Ability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Basic familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems or store management software is advantageous.
