Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Outlet Sawah Lebar dan Sido Mulyo to lead our kitchen operations at two high‑traffic locations. As the Supervisor Crew Kitchen (SPV Crew Kitchen), you will be the backbone of our food service team, ensuring that every dish meets our brand’s standards for taste, safety, and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage both dine‑in and online order workflows, develop a motivated crew, and contribute to the continued growth of our outlets in the Sawah Lebar and Sido Mulyo areas.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations for both dine‑in service and delivery platforms, guaranteeing adherence to established SOPs.
- Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene, and plating standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lead, coach, and schedule kitchen and service crew members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives performance against sales and service targets.
- Conduct regular stock audits (stock opname), manage inventory levels, and control operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports covering sales performance, operational metrics, and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines, and uphold rigorous cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager and senior leadership to implement new menu items, promotional campaigns, and process enhancements.
- Monitor equipment functionality, arrange maintenance when needed, and enforce safety standards to protect staff and guests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory kitchen role or a similar position within the food‑service industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety standards (HACCP certification preferred).
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexible to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem‑solving aptitude, and a disciplined, proactive work ethic.
