As a courier, you will be the face of TIKI, ensuring that parcels reach customers safely, on time, and with a professional attitude. Responsibilities
- Collect packages from TIKI’s local hub and verify shipment details using a handheld Android device.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes within Bangkalan, optimizing for traffic patterns and customer time windows.
- Deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely deposit to the central office.
- Provide courteous customer service, answering inquiries about delivery status and resolving minor issues on the spot.
- Maintain the personal motorbike in good working condition, performing routine checks on fuel, oil, and tire pressure before each shift.
- Report any vehicle incidents, delivery exceptions, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Use the company’s Android app to update delivery status in real‑time, capture photos of delivered items, and log any delivery attempts.
- Assist with loading and unloading parcels at the depot, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safety protocols, customer interaction, and the use of new technology tools.
Requirements
- Male candidates up to 30 years of age (all genders welcome for other positions).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with a clean record.
- Own a reliable motorbike suitable for daily deliveries.
- Own an Android smartphone compatible with TIKI’s delivery application.
- Strong knowledge of the Bangkalan area, including residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, and main roadways.
- Demonstrated honesty, politeness, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic reading and writing proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia to complete documentation.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
