Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading consumer finance provider in Indonesia, is expanding its sales team across the Greater Jakarta area. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join our network of branches in Leuwiliang and the wider Jabodetabek‑Serang region. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) and the opportunity to develop a robust portfolio of both existing and new customers while contributing to the company’s growth in the highly competitive automotive financing market.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s suite of products—including vehicle loans, consumer credit, and related financial services—to existing clients and prospect new customers.
- Generate orders through the company’s distribution channels by gathering initial data, verifying customer information, and completing all required credit application documents.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintain constant communication with dealers and customers, and convey approval or rejection decisions promptly.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms they must be aware of, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, update sales pipelines, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to resolve any documentation issues and accelerate the credit approval process.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and propose strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a valid driving license (SIM A/C).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 from any discipline; candidates from all majors are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Must be 29 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as specified by the client.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in a similar B2C environment; fresh graduates may also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential.
- Key Skills:
- Proven B2C sales management and target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a resilient work ethic.
- Ability to understand and meet sales targets consistently.
- Own a reliable vehicle and hold an active SIM A/C license for field visits.
- Willingness to be stationed at any Adira Finance branch within the Jabodetabek‑Serang region.
