Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Helper Sorter Operasional to join our fast‑growing distribution center (DC) in Depok. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who have completed at least a junior high school education (SMP/MTS) and are eager to start a career in logistics and supply chain operations. The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Sunday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, and provides a solid foundation for growth within a dynamic, technology‑driven warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sort incoming and outgoing parcels, cartons, and other goods according to the company’s predefined standards and routing instructions.
  • Inspect each item for visual defects, correct labeling, and accuracy to ensure that only quality‑approved products move forward in the fulfillment process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area by following daily housekeeping procedures and adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Operate and monitor automated sorting machines, conveyor belts, and related equipment, promptly reporting any irregularities or downtime to the shift supervisor.
  • Record sorting metrics, such as the number of items processed, error rates, and equipment performance, and communicate these results in daily reports.
  • Collaborate with team members from receiving, packing, and shipping departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods throughout the warehouse.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on new sorting technologies, safety standards, and process improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
  • Age: 45 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male (as required by current operational policies).
  • Legal identification: Possession of a valid KTP (Indonesian ID card).
  • Bank account: Must have a personal bank account for salary deposits.
  • No prior experience is required, though a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
