Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Perawat Pelaksana Layanan Kesehatan to join our dynamic medical team. This full‑time position is based in a modern hospital environment that serves a diverse urban population. As a frontline nursing professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality patient care, supporting physicians, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our health services. The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, allowing a balanced professional and personal life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, record vital signs, and monitor clinical progress.
- Administer prescribed medications, intravenous therapy, and vaccinations in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and post‑discharge care.
- Participate actively in emergency response teams, utilizing BTCLS and PPGD certification skills during cardiac arrest or trauma situations.
- Implement infection‑control measures, including proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and environmental sanitation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and social workers—to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date professional nursing license (STR) and ensure all certifications remain valid.
- Engage in continuous quality‑improvement initiatives, providing feedback on workflow efficiencies and patient safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing or related health sciences.
- Professional nursing license (STR) that is active and in good standing.
- Valid BTCLS (Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support) and/or PPGD (Pediatric Basic Life Support) certification.
- Maximum age of 28 years at the time of application.
- Preferably at least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, meticulousness, agility, excellent communication, high sense of responsibility, and proactive initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, respecting diverse perspectives and contributing to a collaborative culture.
