Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Pengembangan Bisnis (Business Development Specialist) to join our growing team in Laris, Sukoharjo. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to learn quickly, excels in customer interaction, and is passionate about driving sales growth in a fast‑moving consumer environment. The successful candidate will be placed full‑time at our Sukoharjo office, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and partners within the local market.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends that can shape sales strategies.
- Develop and present customized sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales volume, and customer feedback.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, community events, and customer outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
- Provide timely and accurate after‑sales support, addressing any issues or inquiries to maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preference as per company policy).
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Strong interpersonal skills – friendly, approachable, and highly communicative.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales tools and processes.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and a genuine desire to serve buyers effectively.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Laris, Sukoharjo.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant exposure are welcome.
