Responsibilities

- Report weekly and monthly on partnership metrics, including new accounts, repeat orders, and commission payouts.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Preferably 0‑2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to speak persuasively in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Highly self‑directed, able to work independently while meeting clear targets.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication apps.

- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility to adjust hours based on partner needs.
