Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through the point‑of‑sale system, and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, equipment, and dining space throughout each shift.
- Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and disposables, to guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions about menu items and offering personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and management to uphold a smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new beverage recipes, equipment operation, and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Age: maximum 24 years old.
- Education: minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Residence: must reside in Pekalongan or Pemalang city.
- Preferred experience: prior work in food & beverage, hospitality, or culinary services is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Key personal attributes: good attitude, energetic, friendly, honest, and a genuine interest in coffee culture.
- Availability: able to work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Commitment: not currently enrolled in any educational program; must be ready to dedicate full attention to the role.
- Skills: basic food and beverage service skills, ability to operate coffee machines, and strong communication abilities.
