Introduction

The Petugas Remedial Pangandaran (Remedial Officer) is a key member of our collections and customer‑service team. Working in the dynamic financial services sector, the officer ensures timely communication with borrowers, supports them in meeting repayment schedules, and helps maintain the health of the loan portfolio. This role is based in Pangandaran and operates six days a week, offering a stable schedule from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday through Saturday. Candidates who are proactive, detail‑oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills will thrive in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Inform customers about their installment schedules and any upcoming due dates.
  • Conduct reminder calls and messages to borrowers whose payments are 1‑60 days past due.
  • Schedule and coordinate in‑person meetings with delinquent borrowers to discuss repayment options.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the credit risk team to identify high‑risk accounts and propose remediation plans.
  • Provide education on loan terms, penalties, and the benefits of timely repayment.
  • Escalate cases that require legal or managerial intervention while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on collection performance and delinquency trends.
  • Support the development of community outreach programs aimed at improving financial literacy.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer contacts, reflecting the company’s brand values.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or related customer‑service roles.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude toward meeting targets and improving processes.
  • Basic understanding of ACLS (Advanced Collection and Loan Strategies) principles is a plus.
