Introduction

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Penjualan Retail (Retail Sales Assistant) to join our fast‑growing retail team. Responsibilities

  • Actively promote our product portfolio across designated territories, conducting on‑site demonstrations, sampling events, and point‑of‑sale displays.
  • Identify and approach potential customers using a “hunter” sales approach, generating leads through cold visits, networking events, and community outreach.
  • Deliver clear, compelling, and persuasive product presentations that highlight key features, benefits, and differentiators tailored to each prospect’s needs.
  • Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times, ensuring that marketing materials, uniforms, and personal conduct reflect company standards.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer feedback, and report insights to the sales manager for strategic adjustments.
  • Record daily sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in the CRM system with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery for on‑site promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18–30 years (maximum 26 years preferred for entry‑level candidates).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information persuasively.
  • High level of confidence, energy, and a proactive “hunter” mindset.
  • Willingness to work mobile/field‑based schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑changing retail environment.
  • Basic digital literacy for using mobile CRM tools and reporting applications.
