Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Promosi Penjualan to join our fast‑growing sales team in Demak. This role is ideal for a motivated, results‑driven woman who thrives on building relationships with retailers, market vendors, and end‑users while delivering measurable sales growth. The successful candidate will act as the face of our brand in the field, representing our product portfolio, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that daily sales targets are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned territories, including stores, traditional markets, and direct end‑user locations, to showcase and sell company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, buyers, and key decision‑makers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by implementing effective selling techniques and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports, sales figures, and market feedback to the sales manager.
- Carry and display product samples during visits, ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date and presented professionally.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to the marketing department.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product deliveries and resolve any supply‑chain issues in the field.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or promotion, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail distribution.
- Own a motorcycle and a valid SIM C; reliable transportation is essential for daily field visits.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently.
- Excellent time‑management and reporting capabilities.
- Willingness to carry product samples and promotional items during fieldwork.
- Readiness to join the team immediately and adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment.
