Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a GPA greater than 3.00, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales or marketing experience; experience in a financing or financial services company is a strong advantage.
- Licenses: Valid SIM A (motorcycle) and familiarity with the Semarang market.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, B2B marketing, competitive analysis, sales data analytics, and CRM tools.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities; ability to adapt to new technologies; confident public speaking; and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
- Personal Traits: High motivation, integrity, and a customer‑centric mindset with a willingness to continuously learn.
