Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned commercial targets by implementing effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end financing process, from initial lead qualification through contract negotiation and final execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including credit, underwriting, and product development—to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and local networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Continuously improve personal product knowledge and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the financing sector.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a GPA greater than 3.00, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales or marketing experience; experience in a financing or financial services company is a strong advantage.
  • Licenses: Valid SIM A (motorcycle) and familiarity with the Semarang market.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, B2B marketing, competitive analysis, sales data analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities; ability to adapt to new technologies; confident public speaking; and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
  • Personal Traits: High motivation, integrity, and a customer‑centric mindset with a willingness to continuously learn.
  • Additional Assets: Experience handling financing contracts, knowledge of corporate industry standards, and a solid network within the local business community.
