Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Financial Administrator and Budget Management Officer to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, overseeing budget allocations, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with a high degree of integrity, helping us maintain financial discipline while fostering growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to department heads.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries, supporting month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
  • Generate financial statements, cash flow reports, and ad‑hoc analyses for senior management.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to verify that expenditures align with approved budgets.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collection, and payment cycles.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, Accurate) and advanced MS Office functions, particularly Excel pivot tables and macros, to streamline data processing.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial documentation, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required schedules and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, offering financial guidance and training to non‑finance staff.
  • Continuously improve financial processes, proposing automation or procedural enhancements where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Accounting; high school (SMA/SMK) as a baseline qualification.
  • Age: Maximum 28 years old.
  • Academic Performance: GPA ≥ 3.5 (private institutions) and ≥ 3.25 (state universities).
  • Health: Physically and mentally fit to handle a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and at least one accounting software package.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong data‑analysis skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Personal Attributes: Honesty, meticulousness, discipline, responsibility, persistence, and high integrity.
  • Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
