Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Front Office Support to join our team in Tanjung Selor. This entry‑level position serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in ensuring that document processing, data entry, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will work closely with our Customer Service department, providing seamless support that contributes to overall client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform end‑to‑end administration of consumer document submissions, ensuring all paperwork is complete, compliant, and filed according to company standards.
- Assist Customer Service representatives by retrieving, preparing, and delivering required documents to customers in a timely manner.
- Enter and verify customer data into the company’s digital system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming calls and walk‑in inquiries, providing courteous and professional assistance while directing complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot minor system issues, ensuring uninterrupted workflow for document processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front‑office environment, including the reception area, filing cabinets, and digital storage folders.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on document flow, data entry performance, and any pending customer requests.
- Support special projects such as system migrations, process improvement initiatives, and customer feedback analysis.
- Adhere to confidentiality policies when handling sensitive customer information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; graduates from all majors are encouraged to apply.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn and operate office automation systems and proprietary software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling documentation and data entry tasks.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Bulungan area (Domisili Bulungan).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of front‑office procedures, reception duties, and customer service principles.
- Flexibility to work standard office hours, 08:00 – 17:00, with the possibility of occasional overtime during peak periods.
