Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a catering chef or in a similar high‑volume kitchen setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine as well as international culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication skills – able to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Honest, responsible, and highly dependable with a strong work ethic.
