Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Online Store Administrator to join our growing e‑commerce team. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with a minimum contract period of one year. Responsibilities
- Share and update the product catalog across all sales channels, ensuring that images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Maintain daily data logs, perform regular checks, and process purchase orders to keep inventory levels optimal.
- Generate invoices, record payments, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks using MS Excel and other accounting tools.
- Receive inbound shipments, sort merchandise, pack orders securely, and coordinate dispatch to customers in a timely manner.
- Create and schedule promotional posts and advertisements on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Provide courteous and prompt customer service via chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries, order status, and after‑sales support.
- Collaborate with the logistics partner for courier pickups, track deliveries, and resolve any shipping issues.
- Analyze sales data and generate weekly reports to help management identify trends and improve inventory planning.
- Support occasional ad‑hoc projects such as seasonal campaigns, product launches, and inventory audits.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old.
- Gender: Female (muslimah) – must be single and not currently enrolled in a university program.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, data sorting) and a good understanding of social media platforms for marketing.
- Personal Qualities: Honest, trustworthy, disciplined, responsible, cheerful, meticulous, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Mobility: Ability to ride a motorbike for local deliveries and courier coordination.
- Work Ethic: Willingness to work independently, meet deadlines, and commit to at least a one‑year contract.
- Availability: Ready to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
