Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and onboard freelance agents who are interested in becoming BFI agents.
- Present compelling benefit packages and incentive structures to prospective agents, clearly explaining fee‑earning opportunities for successful referrals.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with recruited agents, fostering loyalty through regular communication, support, and performance feedback.
- Collect and verify consumer information for individuals seeking cash loans secured by their motorcycle’s BPKB.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the branch manager or designated supervisor, ensuring transparency and accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and compliance teams to ensure all promotional materials comply with regulatory standards.
- Monitor market trends in motorcycle financing, providing insights that help refine recruitment strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product features, loan terms, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study) with a solid grasp of basic business concepts.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within financial services or automotive sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex financing concepts in simple terms.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) for field visits and agent meetings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with partners.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM or reporting tools.
